Embarking on therapy and choosing a therapist can be daunting so I offer a free chat over Zoom by way of introduction.

Let's chat

COVID-19 restrictions mean that I am currently only able to work with clients online, rather than in person. I will be resuming a face to face practice when circumstances allow.

I offer a free introductory chat of up to 30 minutes on Zoom, which gives us the chance to meet and see how we get on together. You may wish to ask me questions or find out more about how I work, and we can begin to explore what might be helpful for you therapeutically.

During this chat, if we both agree that working together feels right, we can then arrange some therapy sessions. However if either of us feels a different therapist or route is needed I will do my best to refer you on to someone suitable.

Session fees and structure

Therapy sessions are undertaken weekly at the same time each week. I offer therapy on both a short and longer term basis, depending on your needs.

All therapy sessions, both online and in person, last for 50 minutes and cost £60.
