Therapy in person & online

I offer different ways of working depending on your needs and circumstances.

COVID-19 update

Current restrictions mean that I am only able to work with clients online, rather than in person. I will be resuming a face to face practice when circumstances allow.

Online therapy

I have offered online therapy for a number of years as many clients find it more convenient; it can also be more relaxing to talk from the comfort of your own space. An introductory chat over Zoom may give you a feel for whether it is right for you or not, and provide an opportunity for us to talk through any concerns you have about working online.

In person therapy

Face to face sessions at my therapy rooms gives the option of sitting together and talking, or you may choose to recline on a therapeutic couch. Working on a couch can be a helpful way of moving from an analytical space to a more embodied or imagery-led space. We can talk about what feels right for you and what would best serve the therapeutic process.
